We, Sjan and Micha, have been at festivals and events for 16 years, serving delicious and freshly prepared (partly traditional) Thai meals from a cool converted mobile shop with live cooking.
This year, from June 19 to September 1, we will be setting up shop at summer terrace De Kaaij beneath the iconic Waal Bridge in Nijmegen.
We are open daily in good weather.

We serve traditional Thai meals such as Massaman curry, red curry, chicken in oyster sauce, Pad Thai (rice noodle dish), and Thai stews, and we also prepare vegetarian and vegan options. In our food truck, we prepare Asian snacks such as (mini) spring rolls, gyoza, and fried shrimp, as well as our homemade Thai fish cakes and our locally acclaimed homemade Long Thai frikandel. And we serve the tastiest Tom Kha Kai! We adapt our menu depending on the type of event.
Do you have a corporate event in autumn or spring? We come with the truck starting from 500 servings. Our service area is between North Limburg and south of the rivers.
